the early bird gets the...

good spot on the starting grid...

from the inbox regarding the USGP Lakewood (ie. Fort Steilacoom) stop:

November 18th 2006 the US Gran Prix of Cyclocross returns to Ft. Steilacoom Park in Lakewood.

The Rad Racing Cup of Cyclocross Presented by Seasoned Skewers brings round #5 of the USGP to town.
The best cross racers in the country will be right in our backyard.

In addition to the USGP categories there will be a full menu of support races through the day with great prizes to be had.

Come out and race, head over to the “Seasoned Skewers Grill” to get some of the best event food you have ever had, and then catch the big show.

There will be an expo on site featuring vendors and teams. Free kids racing with prizes for all.

More info on the race can be found at: radracingnw.org
