Among other things, they discuss their friendly competition, their just-completed MTB season and their plans for the upcoming ‘cross season. They also discuss the benefits of top US road pros like Chris Horner and Freddie Rodriguez racing cross now (yes, Freddie announced he will be racing the USGP series). The highlight of the video has got to be the arm wrestling competition.
