Washington racing this weekend

The beautiful Methow Valley is the scene for the Methow Valley Fall Bike Festival on Saturday, October 7th. The promoters of Cyclocrazed, the Bellingham series will be promoting their first event of the season by piggybacking their ‘cross event with an already established and highly popular mountain bike and road bike event. On Sunday, cyclocross takes over St. Edward State Park on the northern shores of Lake Washington for Crosstoberfest. Ragnarok Racing, the promoters of the Tour de Tunnel of year's past will be promoting and hosting all the festivites which include a trail run, beer garden, racing in all categories and the infamous relay team race to wrap up the afternoon. (SEATTLE; September 12, 2006) Ragnarök Racing and Second Ascent, race promoters of the former Tour de Tunnel Cyclocross Festival, are excited to announce the “2006 Crosstoberfest at St. Edward State Park”.
