Inland NW CX Series - Coeur d'Alene

Inland Northwest Cyclocross Series
Sunday, October 29th
North Idaho College; Coeur d'Alene, ID
Organized by Emde Sports LLC, Vertical Earth and Allegro Cycling

KBP (Kevin Bradford-Parish) (REDLINE) and Shannon Holden (VELO BELLA) swept both days of racing in the Inland Empire. Sunday’s race at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene was the 6th race in the 9-race series and gave the two victors a chance to solidify their dominance on the series. All results for all the categories can be found here. Per the comments section, kudos and a big shout-out go to Michael Gaertner (VERTICAL EARTH) for the awesome course design. He not only has the skills to race fast, he can put together a course that flows with style.

Next weekend, the Inland Northwest CX Series continues on Saturday at Riverside State Park (Seven Mile area) in Spokane, WA and then Sunday, Emde Sports and the Inland Empire host the Washington State Cyclocross Championships at Valley Mission Park in Spokane Valley. Race details for upcoming races are available here.

It should be noted that KBP started with the "B" men...who started at least 30 seconds after the "A" men went.

Mike Gaertner did another great job with the course changing it up significantly from the previous NIC course.
